SurfMax ist das erste konfigurierbare Inline-Prüfgerät zur Oberflächenbewertung an 3-D-Teilen. Seine Ergebnisse sind objektiv, reproduzierbar und keinen Schwankungen unterworfen. Die einmal festgelegten Prüfkriterien sind ohne Weiteres auf andere Standorte übertragbar. Das Einsatzgebiet des SurfMax umfasst matte bis hochglänzende Oberflächen aus Metall, Kunststoff oder Keramik.  SurfMax erlaubt darüber hinaus, die Prüfung automatisch vollständig zu dokumentieren.

SurfMax is the first configurable inline surface inspection unit for 3D-Parts. Its results are objective, reproducible and they are not subject to fluctuations. The previously established inspection criteria are transferable to other locations.

SurfMax's scope includes matte or gloss surfaces or rather metal, plastic lacquer and ceramic coatings. SurfMax allows automatic inspection reporting.
