Sie montiert bis zu 4 Teile oder kontrolliert ein einzelnes Produkt bei Taktleistungen bis zu 80 Takten/Minute, wahlweise mit 1 oder 2 Bahnen, d.h. 4800 Teile/Std. pro Bahn mit einer Montagegenauigkeit von ca. ± 0,02 mm.

Ihr reduzierter Platzbedarf (0,8 x 0,8 m ohne Zuführtechnik) ermöglicht Platzeinsparungen in Reinräumen oder eine einfache Integration in bestehende Produktionsanlagen. Sie kann so z.B. direkt unter dem Entnahme-Roboter Ihrer Spritzgussmaschine installiert oder vor einem Montageautomaten als Kontrollsatellit eingesetzt werden.

The reduced dimensioning (0.8 x 0.8 m) allows for saving space in clean rooms or easy implementation into existing production lines. You can use them as a control satellite downstream of an assembly machine or to install them directly under the robot of your injection moulding press.
