Für das Handling kleiner Baugruppen wurde das flexible Palettiersystem Tray Handler - TH-M entwickelt. Es führt vollautomatische Entnahme- und Beladeaufgaben durch, für die nachfolgende Weiterverarbeitung bzw. Verladung von Werkstücken in und aus KLT und Blistern.

Der modulare Aufbau und die standardisierten Funktionsabläufe des TH-M ermöglichen die unkomplizierte Anpassung an die Bedürfnisse des Kunden. Zudem wird auf diese Weise Effizienz, sichere Funktion und eine lange Lebensdauer ermöglicht. Ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität ist in jedem Fall gewährleistet. Our flexible and efficient ATS tray handling system TH-M was developed to handle small pre-assemblies. It operates with a fully automated loading and unloading system for the next process step, e.g. loading of parts into and out of small parts carriers and formed trays.
